Origins
Bupa Health Dialog has its origins in academic research and clinical excellence.
Health Dialog - a world leader in healthcare decision support programs and widely recognised as the pioneer of holistic telephone health coaching - was founded in 1997 to turn into action, research findings of The Foundation for Informed Medical Decision Making and The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.
In 2008, Health Dialog became part of the Bupa Group, and today offers programs to over 20 million people around the world.
One of the largest health coaching firms in the USA, a market leader in Spain with a significant presence in the UK and France, Health Dialog's clients span the public, not-for-profit and private sectors. They include government entities, hospital and community service providers, private health funds and large corporate health programs.
